Pillow insert is not included. I recommend a synthetic down insert. The insert should be 1=2" larger than the pillow cover to fill it out properly.
It is not unusual for these authentic hand-blocked textiles to have imperfections. Exact repeat & pattern alignment cannot be controlled, and smudges/spots are present.
