I follow 7 day return policy. Items must be postmarked and shipped back to Knob Thorn Home in 7 days. Items returned past the 7-day policy will not be accepted. All pillow covers must be in the original with cardboard, and protective bag as you received it. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
